Services
Lunar Ink offers thermography printing for most of the invitations listed in our catalogue. Some invitations may be printed using flat imprint, glaze printing or embossing. If you have a question about the style of printing for your invitation, please e-mail me.
Customization
Customize your order by choosing your own verse, and lettering style for free. Colored ink is available at a low additional cost.
Custom Orders
We can make custom orders for invitations, programs, place cards and more! Simply provide your ideas, how many of each item, ink color and the paper size, and we will send you a free estimate. If you find an item in our catalogue and would like to change the colors of the design, we can give you an estimate for that as well. Please e-mail me for your estimate.
Changes to your order
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, because changes to your order cannot be guaranteed after your submission. When you submit your order, you are agreeing that all spellings and verses are entered, as you want them to be printed. If there is a question about your order after you have submitted it, a consultant will contact you.
Proofs
Proofs of your order are available for an additional fee. PDF color or black and white proofs can be mailed, faxed or emailed to you. Printed press proofs (a single proof in your color of ink, wording and invitation card stock) are also available. Printed press proofs will be mailed to you. Please allow additional time for mailing, 7-10 days. Pricing may vary for each item. Please e-mail me for a quote.
PDF proofs are typically ready in 3 business days for your review. Your order will be on hold until you have approved your proof by email. Once approval has been given, your order will be printed as indicated on your proof. Please review your proof carefully for spelling, accuracy and format. Changes cannot be made after your approval has been given.
Production time and shipping time
Orders are generally produced in 5-10 business days unless otherwise indicated in the catalogue description.
Shipping time depends on the level of service you have selected for your order. Tracking numbers will be provided for all UPS and FED EX orders. Tracking numbers are not available for for an order being sent by US Postal service.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be placed for some invitations. Due to certain printing processes and stock availability, not all orders can be rushed. Extra fees may also apply. Please e-mail me to discuss your rush order.
Estimates
Free estimates for your order and shipping costs are available. Please e-mail me with the following information:
▪ Item name (or item number) and number of each item you wish to purchase
▪ Color of ink
▪ Your name and address
▪ Any changes you may wish to make
If any additional information is needed you will be contacted by email for that information.
